Highland Foodbank thank you for your donations which have really helped boost their stocks. This kindness has meant so much to the people who have been referred to food bank, and it\u2019s literally been the difference between eating and not.<\/p>\n

For many families the Easter school holidays were an absolute struggle, as low income households found it difficult to afford enough food when free school meals weren\u2019t available.  Other families found that the additional cost of child care,  when two weeks holiday couldn\u2019t be taken,  really stretched them, and for whom food bank was their last resort and only hope.<\/p>\n

There has been a rise in the first quarter of 2025 of people who have never before had a referral to a food bank.<\/p>\n

Please find attached a copy of their biggest requirements for May and June, They would be especially grateful for donations of anything from the list.<\/p>\n
