Once again Blythswood would like to thank everyone who has been able to donate to Food Bank this year. Your commitment to people in crisis in the Highlands is really appreciated. So far this year they have provided emergency food to 2,500 people, many of whom had never been referred to a food bank before.
The poster lists the items they are short of just now.
The reality is that their stocks haven’t been so low in over five years. Every donation counts – can you help to make a difference?
If bringing food to Church is difficult for anyone, they have permanent collection points in Tesco Inshes, Tesco Tain, Asda Inverness and Asda Tain, which are emptied on a weekly basis. Some Co-ops across Highland also have a food donation box for them.
